November 2nd Cooking Class

 We had a ton of fun at our November Cooking Class!

 

Menu

  • Appetizer: Arugula Greens, Shaved Fennel, Blood Oranges, Toasted Pine Nuts, Lemon Agave Vinaigrette

  • Main Course: Hand Crafted Butternut Squash Ravioli, Broccolini, Sage Infused Brown Butter

  • Dessert: Apple Pie Bars, Salted Caramel Sauce

Chef Brian shared his famous apple pie bar recipe with the class and demonstrated how to whip it together!

A delicious dinner with a splash of wine

Our guests enjoyed the meal they prepared in addition to a complementary glass of wine.
